We size the pilot around deal flow, documents per deal, and the stages covered: screening, diligence, updates, and memos. The proposal defines included volumes, limits, and timing before signature. No paid overages without agreement.
Evaluate it
in your daily work.
Designed primarily for Seed and Series A teams of 3 to 12 professionals, with active deal flow and a designated lead. The package covers a working group of up to five internal users, even within a larger fund. Committee reader access is separate and does not replace an internal user seat.
We select representative deals and agree in writing on success criteria: preparation time compared with your current process, quality of findings and sources, tracking of open issues, and team adoption. Weekly check-ins track those criteria. The final review informs the decision to continue.

A 12-month commitment, billed monthly. Launch pricing for the first three funds, fixed for their first year. Continuing requires a separate agreement. Prices remain in euros.
Week 1
Configure the thesis, set up access, and run the first working session.
Weeks 2–7
Use Casian on deals, review feedback weekly, and refine the team’s workflow.
Week 8
Review adoption, limitations, and value. Decide whether to continue under a separate agreement.
Before you start.
Does the pilot include human investment analysis?
It includes software access and onboarding support. Your team remains responsible for the analysis and decision. Outsourced research or memo writing is not included.
Can we see it before committing?
Yes. The demo uses fictional data and requires no confidential fund documents.
When can we start?
We agree on a date during scoping, including vehicle configuration, team access, and onboarding.
What happens if we stop?
We conduct a closing review. Data export and deletion follow the terms agreed at the start; continuing requires a separate agreement.
