Casian organizes and analyzes documents, cross-checks them against the deal, and identifies contradictions and missing information. Generated questions include their rationale. New imports trigger due diligence updates. Imported call transcripts are evaluated alongside other sources; a response can remain partial. Sources link to the relevant document page.

Comment, mention a teammate, add questions, or ask AI to investigate further. Assign tasks with owners and deadlines. Evaluate responses against the available evidence without closing unresolved issues prematurely.
Carry the analysis into the decision.
Due diligence findings feed the investment memo, and changes are reflected in it. The team comments, edits, and requests further work before finalizing a version. Casian’s recommendation is reasoned and separate from human opinions. The fund can show it before or after members submit their views. Export the memo to PDF or Word.

Direct Drive connectivity, continuous synchronization, and automatic collection are not included. Calendar and portfolio reporting are outside the pilot scope.
